By downloading, installing, or using stackd ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Nature of Service & Offline-First Design

stackd provides an offline-first fitness logging tool intended to help athletes log workouts, manage training routines, and review personal performance metrics. Because stackd does not rely on cloud accounts or servers, you are solely responsible for managing your device backups and exported files.

3. Health & Physical Activity Disclaimer

Medical Disclaimer: stackd is a self-directed workout logging tool and does not provide medical, physiotherapy, or healthcare advice. Exercise and weightlifting carry inherent risks of physical injury. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise regimen.

You assume full responsibility for your physical training, safety, and exercise choices while using stackd.

4. User Data & Device Security

All data you input into stackd resides on your physical Android device. You acknowledge that if you uninstall the App without creating a manual JSON backup, all training history stored in the App's local storage may be permanently erased. We recommend periodically using the built-in "Export Backup" feature.

5. Intellectual Property

All source code, graphics, logos, user interfaces, and software components comprising stackd are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, stackd and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, bodily injury, or loss of profits arising out of your access to or use of the App.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published directly on this website with an updated revision date.
